Art Museum of Aomori prefecture
Aomori Prefecture Arts Museum is designed based on image of Sannaimaruyama excavation site, which is located next to it. It is a very creative construction. The popular “Aomori-ken” it is actually a lot bigger than people imagined in reality.
There are studios and markets, which spreads out Aomori’s products and local culture. You can enjoy various local food in those markets.
Souvenirs are sold in small bags which you can try before buying.
